One of my favorite things about visiting a ballpark in another city is trying regional food favorites. Cheesesteaks in Philadelphia (even though I live near Philly), deep dish pizza in Chicago, chili in Cincinnati, you get it.
Enjoyed the regional food on your ballpark trip? Have it sent to your home with Goldbelly!

With Goldbelly, you can find many of the classic offerings at the ballpark, or the city itself, and have it shipped to your home! It’s great for reliving one of your favorite parts of the trip, but it’s also a fabulous gift for the traveling baseball fan. (If you’re thinking of sending me something for Christmas, this will definitely work!)
And if you’re partying with friends before a game, Goldbelly can help make a great addition to your tailgating menu.
Here are just a few great food items that you can either get at the ballpark or order from Goldbelly:

“Drag mine through the garden, would ya?”
Chicago Style Hot Dogs – All of the necessary ingredients to have your dog Wrigley-style (or Rate-style, if you prefer), including the neon green relish and poppy seed hot dog buns that I inexplicably cannot find where I live. And by Vienna Beef, of course.
By the way, there’s several types of Chicago deep dish pizzas, including Giordano’s, although that’s not at Cubs games anymore, sadly. And you haven’t done Chicago until you’ve tried Al’s Italian Beef!

They don’t have “The Heater” yet, but I expect they’re working on it.
Campo’s Cheesesteaks – Campo’s is my go-to for cheesesteaks at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia; go with Tony Luke’s if you’d prefer a roast pork sandwich. They unfortunately don’t have the ”Heater”, my favorite food item at a Phillies game, but you can get the Whiz on your steak, a Philly classic.
By the way, as Philly cheesesteaks go, Jim’s and Donkey’s are very popular too, and Goldbelly’s got both.

In Pittsburgh, there are no rules for sandwiches.
Primanti Bros. Sandwiches – There are two things you need to try in Pittsburgh; Iron City beer and the Primanti Bros. sandwiches, both of which are available at PNC Park. They smartly separate the ingredients for you; including the fries inside the sandwich and delivering it probably wouldn’t work well otherwise.

There’s a reason they put the black cherry in the center.
Graeter’s Ice Cream – I remember years ago traveling through Cincinnati and being unable to find Graeter’s ice cream. I don’t remember whether I mentioned it to a friend or not, but that friend gave me and my wife a package of Graeter’s for Christmas. And it’s well worth it especially for the black cherry, and the Reds agree.

The Twins really need to embrace the Juicy Lucy, but until they do…
Needless to say, you don’t have to stick with just ballpark eats. You can find several Detroit style pizzas that are probably better than Little Caesar’s, ribs and burnt ends from Arthur Bryant’s BBQ in Kansas City, or the classic Faidley’s crab cakes from the Lexington Market in Baltimore.
Goldbelly offers an opportunity for fans to try out legendary regional culinary delights without all of the expense and hassles of travel, and like I said, it makes for an awesome gift for traveling baseball fans too. Take it from a recipient of the Graeter’s ice cream package!
So check out Goldbelly; it’s a great idea and you’ll love enjoying a taste of the cities you’ve visited or plan to visit. Tell ‘em Ballpark E-Guides sent you.
